I build AI systems that act, not just answer. Most of my time goes on the unglamorous parts: instrumenting a multi-agent run, making evaluations teach the system, bounding a model's behaviour with structure rather than hoping the prompt holds.

I work end to end. I write the code, run the evaluations, and ship a working version rather than a deck about one. When a client's data cannot leave the country or the building, I build for that constraint rather than around it, which is most of why people call me.

Before this I co-founded a proprietary trading firm. Before that, energy strategy. What carries across is the same instinct: build the system, instrument it, find out what is wrong, do it again.
